Monitoring [14/15]
There are three ways of monitoring a running Pythomnic3k application. First, each cage runs its own performance accounting and makes the information available through a web interface. Second, a separate cage called "health_monitor" should it exist on a network collects application messages and tracks up/down status of other cages.
